This was an awesome movie! Besides being hilariously funny, it has a great meaning in it. It's about a family that does nothing much in particular, but a little of many different things. One daughter falls in love with the son of a wealthy businessman. The problem is that the rich father wants the property the girl's family owns. She tries to impress the young man and his family, but that is not what he wants, so he creates a problem for her. One of my favorite parts is when they are in the restaurant, and he makes the girl scream. He acts as if he is going to yell, working it up by saying things like, "Oh, it's up to my chest now! I don't know how long I can hold it! It's coming..." Anyway, it's really cool. Perhaps I like it so much because it reminds me of my own family, how we are all so strange because we love the Lord, just like the family in the movie. There wasn't anything I can recall that might be inappropriate for young children.
